Keto Cheeseburger Casserole | Healthy Recipes Blog - Delicious as is, but my husband asked me to try to make it the second time more like the cheeseburgers he really likes. So, I added green chilies, bacon, sliced mushrooms, sliced pickles and served it with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes on top. He loved it and said to keep the recipe even though he doesn't like casseroles!
