Half & half isn't low carb, 10 carbs per cup. One cup of plain Greek yogurt gives you 30 more. You still have the fruit. Nut, coconut, and soy milk all have carbs. Most peeps doing keto keep their net carbs under 20. These definitely don't qualify. 8.5oz of real Greek yogurt (which is equivalent to ~1 cup) has about 12g of carbs...not sure where you get 30. The strawberry smoothie would have 17 carbs in it. If you are restricting your carb intake to 30 carbs a day, that would be over half your carb intake for the day.
